Joe Hardwood (Rob Navon) just installed approximately
1000 sq feet of wood floors in our recently purchased
home. Joe Hardwood's was not the cheapest bid, but the
only one that addressed the severe dips and slopes in
the subfloor and the only one that recommended a
moisture barrier and included line item expenses for the
entire job. Rob and his crew' clearly know what they are
doing and they do it well. They showed up when they said
they would and finished when they promised (even though
it required them working till after 10 through the
weekend nights to make our move-in date). The floors
turned out beautifully and I am extremely satisfied with
my entire experience with Joe Hardwood Floors. I highly

professional and knowledgeable. His crew did a great job
and he was very amenable to working through our special
requirements (i.e. coordinating with our builder,
re-tinting the stairs to match the floor). I was
pleasantly surprised to discover that his focus REALLY
is to make the customer happy. You hear a lot about it,
but rarely find it. I recommend him to anyone...Rob is
extremely honest and fair. You'll get a great product
and don't have to worry about getting the short end of

On a whim, I called them and they promptly followed up
on my call and scheduled a consultation. Rob came out
and gave me a written bid on the house I was purchasing.
I personally saw some of their client’s hardwood
floors and they all raved about the work Joe Hardwoods
did for them. His crew arrived the day I closed and they
quickly got to work. Rob was very prompt in giving me
updates on the progress on a daily basis. I would HIGHLY
recommend using Joe Hardwood Floors! My new floors match
the existing hardwoods and I am pleased with the
finished product. As a result, from personally reviewing
the work from Joe Hardwoods satisfied customers, I was
able to get the name of man who installs French doors
that look great opening up to my new hardwood floors in

lululorri I highly recommend Joe Hardwood Floors. I used them for
the first time about 5 years ago to refinish the floors
in my bedrooms and was very happy with the outcome. I
used them again about 2 years ago to refinish the floors
in my living room, and due to the damp weather, the
finish came out not to my satisfaction. However, when I
expressed my dissatisfaction to Joe Hardwood, they
immediately redid the job. This impressed me very much.
I also just recently purchased another home and had Joe
Hardwood Floors install all new 5" hardwoods in
about 2,000 square feet of the house. We were in a time
crunch to get in the house and Rob had two crews working
for multiple days to ensure that we would get the floors
installed and finished before we had to move in. The
floors are absolutely beautiful and Rob really went out
on a limb to get the floors completed before we moved
in.
